That’s why we offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to pain management, using minimally invasive procedures, image-guided injections, and coordinated care to help patients experience relief without immediate need for surgery.

Our team works closely with board-certified Neurosurgeons, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Obesity Medicine physicians to deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s diagnosis, symptoms, and goals.

Conditions Commonly Treated by Pain Management

We offer treatment options for a wide range of conditions that may cause acute or chronic pain, including:

If conservative care such as medication or physical therapy hasn’t provided relief, interventional pain procedures may be a highly effective next step.

Our Pain Management Services and Procedures

Our trusted pain management providers offer a wide array of non-surgical and minimally invasive procedures, often performed on an outpatient basis:

Targeted Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI)

Delivers corticosteroids directly into the epidural space to reduce inflammation and relieve nerve pain, especially for conditions like herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and sciatica.

Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerve Stimulators

Advanced neuromodulation therapies that use mild electrical impulses to disrupt pain signals before they reach the brain, offering long-term relief for chronic pain conditions.

Targeted Drug Delivery

Involves the use of implantable pumps to deliver medication directly to the spinal fluid, providing effective pain control with lower systemic medication doses.

Facet Joint Injections

Targets small joints in the spine affected by arthritis or degeneration to alleviate localized neck or back pain.

Medial Branch Blocks

Diagnostic injections that help determine whether a specific facet joint is the source of pain. These are often followed by radiofrequency ablation if successful.

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

Uses radio waves to generate heat that temporarily disrupts nerve function, providing long-term pain relief for patients with facet-related or sacroiliac joint pain.

Trigger Point Injections

Used to relieve knots of muscle tension (trigger points), typically in the neck, shoulders, and back.

Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injections

Delivers anti-inflammatory medication to the SI joint, a common source of lower back and pelvic pain.

Selective Nerve Root Blocks

Targets individual spinal nerves to reduce inflammation and pain or confirm diagnosis of nerve root irritation.

These image-guided procedures are designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve function—often without the need for surgical intervention.
